Wil spent 10 years building apps at companies like Oracle and Amazon after graduating from UC Berkeley. Until recently he lead the Zend Framework team, and now he works on Lithium with the rest of gang in the Union of RAD. He’s also working with companies like IBM, Red Hat, Microsoft, Rackspace and Amazon to make the cloud a friendlier place for PHP.

I never shut doors on new opportunities, although I have to disclose that I’m working at my dream job right now.
